Bagel – Apple – Cheese Snack

Ingredients:

  • 1 bagel, sliced in half
  • 1 apple, green tastes better
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon of sugar

Instructions:

  1. Slice the apple into round apple slices about 1/4 inch thick. Carefully cut out small round circle in middle to remove seeds. Put a cheese slice on top of each bagel half, then put an apple slice on top of that. Sprinkle a little cinnamon and sugar on top of each. Put them on a cookie sheet and into the oven for 5 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees. You have to watch them very close to make sure they don’t burn. They are done when the cheese starts to melt. Now you and a friend can enjoy a “good for you” snack.
