Ingredients: 15-oz can chickpeas (aka garbanzo beans), drained,1/2 c olive oil,1 Tbsp tahini,2 Tbsp lemon juice,1-2 cloves garlic, minced,1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped,1 tsp salt,1/2 c red bell pepper, roasted & chopped,10 black olives
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in food processor and blend together until mixed well, about 10 seconds.
- Serve with pita chips, veggie chips, pretzels, carrots, celery, or anything else you like dipping! Enjoy!
