Ingredients: 1 1/2 sticks unsalted Butter, room temperature,1 cup packed Brown Sugar,1 cup packed Brown Sugar,1/2 cup Granulated Sugar,2 eggs,2 teaspoons pure Vanilla extract,1 tablespoon amber Molasses,1/4 cup Milk,1 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour,1 teaspoon Baking Soda,1 teaspoon Salt,1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon,2 cups Old-fashioned Oats,1 cup shredded, unsweetened Coconut,1 1/2 cups White Chocolate Chips,1 cup dried Cranberries,1/2 cup chopped Walnuts and Pecans
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add the eggs and beat well. Stir in the vanilla, molasses and milk. In a medium bowl stir together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, add to the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Add the oats and coconut, mix well.
- Add the chocolate chips, cranberries and chopped nuts, mix well.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drop dough onto ungreased baking sheets by tablespoons, bake for 13-16 minutes.
- Remove and cool on pans and then transfer to wire racks. Store in covered container.
