Ingredients: All purpose Flour – 60g,135 grams Melted butter,Eggs – 6,Ground Almonds – 250g,Heavy whipping cream – 250 ml,tablespoon Icing sugar – 2-3,Icing Sugar – 250g,teaspoon Vanilla Essence – 1
Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 F.Butter and flour two 9 inch round pans
- Cream butter and sugar together for about a minute or until the mixture is pale yellow in color and very fluffy.Scrape down the side of the bowl and add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. The batter may appear to curdle.Don't worry about that.Now add vanilla extract and mix for about another 30 seconds and scrape down the sides again.Spoon in the ground nuts and the flour to the mix.
