Ingredients: pound Unsalted almonds,30 grams butter,teaspoon Cayenne,3 teaspoons Coarse salt,3 teaspoons Dark brown sugar – (firmly packed),3 tablespoons Coarsely-chopped fresh rosemary leaves
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.On a baking sheet spread almonds and toast in middle of oven until golden, about 12 to 15 minutes. While nuts are toasting, in a large bowl toss together remaining ingredients. Toss nuts with rosemary mixture.This recipe yields 4 cups.
