Ingredients: 900 gm brown sugar,500 grams butter,1 teaspoon cinnamon powder,8 large eggs,3/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder,1 kilogram self raising flour – sifted
Instructions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs. Fold in sifed flour and spices. Chill mixture for 6 hours.
  3. Roll dough onto pastry board. Use cookie cutter and cut into various shapes.
  4. Add colorful mini m&m chocolate if you like. This is optional.
  5. Bake for 12 mins at 180 degree C or 350 degree F.
