Blueberry Overload Muffins

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour,3/4 cup sugar,1/2 teaspoon salt,2 teaspoons baking powder,cup canola oil,1 egg,cup milk,1 cup fresh blueberries,1/2 cup sugar,cup all-purpose flour,1/4 cup unsalted butter, cubed,1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.
  2. Combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar, salt and baking powder.
  3. Place canola oil into 1 cup measuring cup or small bowl.
  4. Add egg and milk and mix well.
  5. Mix this into the flour mixture.
  6. Fold in blueberries.
  7. Fill muffin cups right to the top, and sprinkle with crumb topping.
