Ingredients: 1 Tbsp baking powder,1 teaspoon baking soda,3/4 cup packed brown sugar,2 cups chocolate chips,2 large eggs,1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour,1/2 cup granulated sugar (or white Splenda),1/2 teaspoon salt,1 cup unsalted butter (slightly softened),2 teaspoons Vanilla
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. set aside.In a large bowl add the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Using a hand mixer, mix until well combined, about 3 minutes.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, mix again until well combined and the mixture is a pale yellow color, about 2-3 more minutes.
- Add half the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix with the hand mixer until mostly combined.
- Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix again just to combine.
- Pour in the chocolate chips and stir with a spoon or rubber spatula until well distributed.Scoop using a small cookie scoop onto a parchment lined baking sheet about an inch apart.
