Chicken-Tortilla Chip Soup

Ingredients: 5 cups water,4 chicken breasts,2 bouillon cubes (chicken),2 carrots, diced,1/2 cup diced cilantro (coriander),1 teaspoon Lawry’s seasoned salt
Instructions:

  1. Boil all of the above for 30-40 minutes. On serving, add corn chips, Monterey Jack cheese and slices of avocado.
