Ingredients: 1 banana,1/2 cup coffee (hot or cold),2 tbsp dark cocoa powder,1 tsp cinnamon,1 scoop protein powder (hemp, whey, casein, soy, or multi-source plant protein),1 cup milk or non-dairy beverage
