Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal

Ingredients: 5 teaspoons cinnamon,1 tbsp coconut oil (melted),1 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar,1/4 cup milk,1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats,1/8 tsp sea salt,1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce,1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Combine all ingredient for the oatmeal and mix together very well. Set aside.In a separate bowl mix together all ingredients for cinnamon swirl.
  3. Pour half of the oatmeal mixture in a ramekin. Scoop half of the cinnamon mixture on top of it and swirl it through the oatmeal with a toothpick.
  4. Pour remaining half of oatmeal on top and spoon remain cinnamon mixture on top in a swirl pattern.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes. Than broil for 3-5 minutes (until edges start to brown).
