Drop Sugar Cookies

Ingredients: 1/2 teaspoon soda,2 eggs,2 cups flour,Salt to taste,1/2 cup shortening,2 tablespoons sugar,1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:

1. Cream together sugar and shortening until well mixed.
2. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, soda, and salt. Stir flour mixture into shortening-sugar mixture until no dry flour shows. Drop by rounded teaspoon about 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
