Easy Lemon Feta Greek Yogurt Dip

Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, for serving,6 ounces feta cheese,1 garlic clove,2 Tablespoons lemon juice,zest of 1 lemon, a pinch of zest reserved for garnish,1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt,pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions:

  1. Place the garlic in the bowl of your food processor and pulse a couple of times, until the garlic is minced. Then add the feta, lemon zest, lemon juice, and Greek yogurt. Process until everything is fully combined and smooth. Taste. If it's too salty, add a bit more yogurt or lemon juice.Spoon into a serving bowl and top with a pinch of red pepper flakes, lemon zest, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
