Ingredients: 1.25 lbs beef flank or sirloin steak – cut across the grain, thin sliced,1 medium onion,4 oz fresh mushrooms – sliced,4 oz fresh mushrooms – sliced,1 ½ cup water,3 cups egg noodles,8 oz. velveeta,1 can peas or 1 cup of frozen peas,1 Can cream of mushroom soup,½ cup milk,½ tsp salt,½ tsp pepper
Instructions:
- In a large skillet brown the steak and onions on medium high x 4 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in water and bring to a boil.
- Add the noodles and bring to a boil again. Reduce to simmer and cook x 7 minutes until the noodles are done.
- Add the other ingredients, simmer until velveeta is melted. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
