Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup light-brown sugar
- 2 large ruby-red grapefruits, halved, room temperature
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat broiler. Place grapefruit halves on a rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle each half’s top with 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Place under broiler for 6 minutes, turning pan, if needed, for even browning. Serve immediately.
