
Ingredients: 1/2 cup honey,1/2 tsp cinnamon,1/2 tsp ginger powder,3 Tbsps Balsamic Vinegar,8 Plums
Instructions:
- Halve and remove pit from 8 ripe plums
- Thread plum halves onto skewers – Use two skewers at a time, so you can flip them easier.
- Combine honey, ginger and cinnamon, and balsamic vinegar.
- Grill plums on medium high heat for 5 minutes per side. After flipping the first time, glaze the grilled side with the honey glaze.
- After plums become soft, remove skewers and serve with vanilla ice cream.
- Drizzle remaining glaze over ice cream and grilled fruit.
