Ingredients: 1 can Chickpeas- any brand- Drain and wash,1/4 cup lemon juice,1/2 cup Tahini sauce,1 teaspoon Cumin,Couple of crushed garlic cloves,Salt to taste,Parsley, Paprika or Sumac and Olive
Instructions:
- In a food processor mix all the ingredients and process them on high speed.
- Pour into a serving bowl, garnish with parsley, Sumac, Cumin and Olive Oil, or you may garnish to your liking using whole chickpeas and Olive Oil.
