Korean Chicken Stew

Ingredients: 1 carrot, sliced,6 chicken drumsticks,2 tablespoons kochujang chili paste,1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste,3 potatoes, cut,2 teaspoons rice wine,2 teaspoons rice wine,2 teaspoons rice wine,•1 tbsp sesame oil,1/2 cup Soy sauce,6 tablespoons Sugar
Instructions:

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients
  2. Put chicken and vegetables in heavy bottom pot
  3. Add sauce, stir
  4. Pour in some water, bring to a boil. Cover and leave on medium heat about 30 min
  5. Sprinkle with cilantro or spring onion and enjoy!
