Ingredients:
- 2 mangoes, chopped
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon wheat germ
- Juice of 1/2 lime
Instructions:
- 1. Place all ingredients in the jar of a blender. Blend until well combined and smooth. Divide evenly between 4 chilled glasses; serve immediately.
