Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup Butter, softened
- 1 sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 2/3 cups flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- cups strong coffee, cooled
Instructions:
- Grease 8×8 pan with cooking spray.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla.
- In a separate bowl sift together dry ingredients.
- Add to butter mixture alternately with coffee, start and finish with flour.
- Beat until almost smooth.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 45-55 minutes.
- Serve with whip cream, ice cream, creme anglais or powdered sugar.
