Ingredients: ½ teaspoon all spice,1/2 raw Almonds,2 tablespoons butter,2 cups chicken broth,Fresh Basil for garnish,Fresh Basil for garnish,¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper,½ teaspoon of paprika for garnish,2 cups peas,1 cup rice,Salt
Instructions:
- Add Pease, all spice & salt
- Cook for about 2 minutes
- Add chicken broth (or water)
- Let it cook for 20 minutes on low heat and covered pan
- In small pan roast the almond adding a little butter & salt, set aside.
