Overnight Steel Cut Oatmeal

Ingredients: 2 cups dry steel cut oats,8 cups water,3/4 cup dried fruit,2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours overnight. In the morning, stir well and add milk, spices, or additional toppings to your liking.
