Ingredients: 1/4 cup olive oil,1/2 pound boneless chicken breasts cut in ½ in strips,1 pinch red pepper flakes,1/2 pound bow tie pasta or small lasagna noodles, (cooked),2 garlic cloves, minced,1 1/2 cups broccoli florets,1 teaspoon dried basil leaves,1/4 cup white wine,3/4 cup chicken broth,Grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Sautee garlic for about one minute, stirring constantly. DO NOT BURN.
- Add the chicken and cook until well done.
- Add the broccoli and cook until crisp but tender.
- Add basil; red pepper; salt and pepper to taste; wine and chicken broth. cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked and drained pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Heat for 1 to 2 minutes
- Serve.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
