Ingredients: 4 slices bacon,3 Bay leaves,1 teaspoon Black peppercorns,1 teaspoon Caraway seeds,1 Carrot, sliced,1 Onion, sliced,1 cup washed hulled dried peas,1 cup washed hulled dried peas,1 cup washed hulled dried peas,1 kg smoked pork ribs,3 Potatoes, peeled and halved
Instructions:
- Put ribs in cold water and bring to a boil
- Add peas, browned onion and carrot and black pepper. Leave for a 1.5 hour on slow heat
- Add bay leaves and caraway seeds. Put potato and boil more 15 min.Top with crispy fried bacon.
