Ingredients: 2 Persimmons (whole),1 orange (whole),¼ cup pumpkin puree,2 ½ cups unsweetened coconut milk,1 tbsp. chia seeds*,2 tbsp. raw almonds,1 tbsp. honey (optional)
Instructions:
- Remove the seed from the Persimmons. (Do not remove the skin).
- Peel the skin of the Orange.
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend it for 2 minutes or until smooth
- Pour the smoothie in the glass and garnish with some more almonds.
- Serve Immediately.
