Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream,3/4 cup light brown sugar,3/4 cup light brown sugar,1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice,1 cup pumpkin puree,1 teaspoon vanilla,1 cup whole milk
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour into an ice cream machine and follow makers directions.Top with (candied) pecans if desired.Try adding bits of real pumpkin pie to ice cream once it has reached soft-serve consistency.
