Quick and Easy Tomato Salad Recipe

Ingredients: 2 10oz olives (Spanish Queen Olives),1 pint grape tomatoes (sliced in half),1/4 cup olive oil (extra virgin),2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh),2 cloves garlic (minced),1 small purple onion (sliced thin),1/4 tsp black pepper,1 tbsp parmesan cheese (shredded)
Instructions:

  1. Combine tomatoes, olives, lemon juice, pepper, garlic, and onions in a medium sized airtight container.
  2. Allow marinating in the refrigerator overnight if this is an option.
  3. Top with shredded parmesan cheese before serving.
