Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients: 5 strips bacon, flash-fried then cut into bite sized pieces,1 pound brussels sprouts,1 pound fingerling potatoes,Several garlic cloves,Drizzle of olive oil,1 medium red onion, sliced,Several springs of fresh rosemary, stems removed and finely chopped,Sprinkle of sea salt
Instructions:

  1. Roast all ingredients in a 400 degree oven for 60-75 minutes. Stir halfway.
