Simple Garlic Butter Naan

Ingredients: 2 cups flour,1 1/4 cup greek yogurt,2 teaspoons baking powder,1/2 tsp salt,4 cloves garlic,3 tbsp butter,3 tbsp ghee
Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix together the flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and salt.Knead dough on a floured surface for 2 minutes.Divide dough into 6 equal balls.Start melting butter in a sauce pan. Once it has melted, stir in minced garlic.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Roll out 1 dough ball into a thin disc.Pan fry the disc, flipping once, until nicely browned on both sides.Repeat with all discs.
  5. Brush the fried naan with garlic butter and put in the oven for a few minutes until all the naan is warm and crisp.
