Ingredients: 1 tsp baking soda,4 bananas ripe,2 tbsp cacao powder raw organic,1/4 cup coconut oil melted,1 egg,1 cup honey local if available,5 oz greek yogurt plain,1 1/3 cup quinoa flour,1 tsp sea salt,1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 35
- In a medium bowl mash the ripe bananas.
- Add the honey, vanilla, coconut oil, yogurt, flour, cacao powder, salt, baking soda, and egg.
- Mix until all ingredients are mixed well, but try not to over mix as that can affect the outcome of your bread.
- Pour the mixture into a bread pan.
- Place the skinny chocolate banana bread in the oven and bake on 350 for 60-70 minutes
- Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack for 10 minutes before removing from the baking dish
