Skinny Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients: 1 tsp baking soda,4 bananas ripe,2 tbsp cacao powder raw organic,1/4 cup coconut oil melted,1 egg,1 cup honey local if available,5 oz greek yogurt plain,1 1/3 cup quinoa flour,1 tsp sea salt,1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:

  1. Heat oven to 35
  2. In a medium bowl mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add the honey, vanilla, coconut oil, yogurt, flour, cacao powder, salt, baking soda, and egg.
  4. Mix until all ingredients are mixed well, but try not to over mix as that can affect the outcome of your bread.
  5. Pour the mixture into a bread pan.
  6. Place the skinny chocolate banana bread in the oven and bake on 350 for 60-70 minutes
  7. Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack for 10 minutes before removing from the baking dish
