Ingredients: ¾ Cup pumpkin butter,1 Tbsp. coconut oil,1 cup light coconut milk,1 ripe frozen banana,1 Tsp. pure vanilla extract,½ Tsp. cinnamon,dash nutmeg,2 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs (check label to ensure it is vegan),1 Tbsp. old fashioned oats,2-3 pecans (optional),ice cubes
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth
- Top with soy based whip cream, sprinkle with additional graham crackers and cinnamon.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
- Serves 3-4
