Ingredients: 1 pound Brussels sprouts,3 tbsp olive oil,1 tbsp Dijon mustard,1 tsp garlic paste,Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400° FLine a baking sheet
- Chop Brussels sprouts into halves or quarters
- Add chopped Brussels sprouts to a large mixing bowl and coat with 3 tbsp of olive oil
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Spread Brussels sprouts out on a lined baking sheet and place in the oven
- Cook for 20-25 minutes until the Brussels sprouts are tender
- Remove from the oven and pour the Brussels sprouts into a large mixing bowl
- Add the Dijon mustard and garlic paste and mix until the Brussels sprouts are well coated
- Serve and enjoy!
