Dijon Garlic Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients: 1 pound Brussels sprouts,3 tbsp olive oil,1 tbsp Dijon mustard,1 tsp garlic paste,Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400° FLine a baking sheet
  2. Chop Brussels sprouts into halves or quarters
  3. Add chopped Brussels sprouts to a large mixing bowl and coat with 3 tbsp of olive oil
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  5. Spread Brussels sprouts out on a lined baking sheet and place in the oven
  6. Cook for 20-25 minutes until the Brussels sprouts are tender
  7. Remove from the oven and pour the Brussels sprouts into a large mixing bowl
  8. Add the Dijon mustard and garlic paste and mix until the Brussels sprouts are well coated
  9. Serve and enjoy!
