Ahi Tuna Poke Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound prepared pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon neutral flavored oil (we used avocado oil)
  • 1 pinch of flaky sea salt
  • 1/2 pound fresh ahi tuna (sashimi grade)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced radishes
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 1 tablespoon toasted white sesame seeds
  • 2 cups baby arugula
