Asian Beef

Ingredients: 3 cups Cooked rice,3 cups Cooked rice,3 cups Cooked rice,1 tablespoon cornstarch,1 tablespoon minced ginger, root,1 green pepper cut into 16 pieces,20 ounces Pineapple chunks, drained,2 tablespoons soy sauce,1 teaspoon Sugar,2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Instructions:

  1. Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and ginger. Coat meat with soy sauce mixture.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large frypan.
  3. Add green pepper strips. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove green pepper from pan.
  5. Heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil.
  6. Add meat. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until beef is lightly browned.
  7. Add green pepper and pineapple.
  8. Heat through.
  9. Serve over rice.NOTE: Steak is easier to cut when partially frozen.
