Asian Carrot Dressing

Ingredients: 2/3 cup carrot juice,1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger,salt,2 teaspoons sesame oil,1/2 teaspoon soy sauce,2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Instructions:

  1. Whisk Together 2/3 cup carrot juice and 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, 2 teaspoons sesame oil, 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar, and salt.
