Ingredients: 45 grams cheese, grated,1 eggs,1/2 cup mayonnaise,1/8 cup milk,1/2 teaspoon French mustard,1/8 cup Parmesan cheese,1/2 tablespoon parsley, chopped,1/2 kg potatoes, large,salt, pepper,1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions:
- Peel and chop potatoes and cook in boiling salted water until tender.
- Drain, and mash until smooth.
- Mix with mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, eggs, parsley and mustard.Press mixture evenly into a greased ovenproof dish, sprinkle with the combined grated cheeses and bake uncovered at 200 C for 20-30 minutes until golden on top.
