Ingredients: 2 cups Oats,1/3 cup Honey,2 Bananas, mashed,2 cups Almond Milk,1/2 cup Egg Whites,2 scoops of Protein Powder (I used Dymatize Elite Banana Flavour),1 tsp Baking Powder,2 tsp Cinnamon,1 tsp Coconut Oil,1 tsp Vanilla Extract,1/4 cup Walnuts,1/2 cup Raisins
Instructions:
- In a small bowl mash bananas and add egg whites, vanilla and oil. Stir well.
- Dump into large bowl and add all remaining ingredients.
- Spray muffin pan with cooking spray and add oatmeal mixture evenly into each muffin cup.
- Bake on 350F for 35 minutes.
- Allow 5 minutes to cool.
