Black Bean Salad {my Way}

Ingredients: 1 medium avocado, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks,3 cans black beans,cup chopped fresh cilantro,1 1/2 cups corn,1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil,1/2 pickled jalapeño pepper, minced,1 tablespoon fresh lime juice,1/2 cup white or red onion (I used white onion),4 fresh Roma tomatoes, chopped,Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill a bit before serving.
