Chorizo Parmesan Brussels Sprouts Skillet

Ingredients: 3 cups chopped Brussels sprouts,2 tbsp chopped red onion,1/2 cup chopped tomatoes,1 tsp sea salt,1/2 tsp garlic powder,1/4 tsp pepper,1/2 cup cooked chorizo,1/2 cup cooked chorizo,1 tbsp parmesan cheese
Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F In a separate pan, fully cook the chorizo Oil a medium sized skillet Slice the stems off the Brussels sprouts, cut in half and add to the skillet
  2. Add the onion, tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parmesan and chorizo to the skillet and fold into the Brussels sprouts
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes
  4. Serve and enjoy!
