Ingredients:
- 5 chicken breasts, sliced or cut into sm. pieces, baked in a little broth
- 2 pkg. slivered almonds
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced, or 2 cans
- Gravy again – 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, diluted
- 1 pkg. coconut
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup diluted to make a gravy
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
- 2 tomatoes, cut fine
- 2 c. uncooked reg. rice, cooked according to directions on pkg
- 2 c. diced celery
Instructions:
- Prepare ingredients and place in order around a table or on a counter. Each person makes up their own plate by stacking ingredients on the plate in order. This is fun for a party. Guests can bring ingredients.
