Lemon Baked Fish

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons butter or margarine melted,1 pound Flounder or haddock fillets fresh or frozen,1 tablespoon lemon juice,1 teaspoon Lemon rind, grated,1 dsh Pepper,1/8 teaspoon Rosemary,1/2 teaspoon Salt
Instructions:

  1. Thaw frozen fish. Preheat oven to 350 F (moderate).Divide frozen fish into 6 servings.
  2. Place in single layer in a baking pan.
  3. Mix fat, lemon juice, lemon rind, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  4. Pour over fish.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
