Mango Energizer Drink

Ingredients:

  • 2 mangoes, chopped
  • 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon wheat germ
  • Juice of 1/2 lime

Instructions:

  1. 1. Place all ingredients in the jar of a blender. Blend until well combined and smooth. Divide evenly between 4 chilled glasses; serve immediately.
