Mangosteen Avocado Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients: 1/4 cup Finely chopped almonds,1 ripe avocado,1/2 can coconut milk,1 teaspoon lime juice,3 mangosteen, flesh removed,1 cup natural yogurt,2 Tbs. sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:

  1. Add the avocado, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice into a blender, blend until smooth, chill.
  2. Mix the honeycomb with the yogurt, chill.
  3. Layer the mousse and yogurt into sparkly glasses.Top with mangosteen segments.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped almonds.
  5. Serve to eagerly awaiting guests.
