Ingredients: 1 cauliflower,1 tablespoon of Indian curry powder,Lemon,1/2 cup wild mushrooms,1 teaspoon paprika,Parsley,Salt to taste,2 shallots
Instructions:
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 F. Clean and cut the cauliflower florets.
- Place the florets in a oven pan, sprinkle them with paprika, curry
- And salt and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the
- Shallots and wild mushrooms and saute them fro 5 minutes, or until
- Golden brown.
- Serve the cauliflower tossed with the mushrooms and
- Shallots, toped with chopped parsley and lemon juice.
