Pan Fried Potato Wedges

Ingredients: 4 large red potatoes washed and cut into wedges,2 tsp seasoning salt,1 tsp garlic powder,1 tsp onion powder,black pepper,1/4 cup canola oil for frying
Instructions:

  1. Preheat oil over medium heat in a good-quality nonstick pan.Season potatoes well, and the place in a single layer in pan. Cook on one side without turning until it is golden brown and crispy. Flip potatoes and repeat on the other side.
  2. Remove from pan and serve hot.
