Basil Lime White Bean Hummus

Ingredients: 15 ounce can of cannellini beans, drained and rinsed,2 cloves of garlic, minced,1/4 cup fresh basil,1/4 cup fresh basil,1 zest of lime,1/2 juice from lime,2 tablespoons olive oil,4 tablespoons water (add only as needed),1/2 teaspoon salt,1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:

  1. Combine beans, garlic, basil, lime zest, juice, and olive oil in the food processor and blend until mixed.
  2. With the processor on, add water until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Add salt and pepper, then taste and add more if needed.
  4. Serve with chips or veggies, preferably cold. If you can't wait, eat it right away!
