- 12 foil cupcake liners
- 12 vanilla wafers
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 3 ounces strawberry sugar-free gelatin
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 8 ounces strawberry flavored sugar-free low-fat yogurt
- Put cupcake liners in cupcake tins. Place vanilla wafers in liners, then put the sliced strawberries on the vanilla wafers. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then add ice cubes and stir until melted. Blend the strawberry yogurt into the gelatin mixture. Spoon the gelatin-yogurt mixture onto the strawberries. Refrigerate for 2 hours before using.
