  • 6 ounces Yoplait Light Yogurt (any flavor)
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein Isolate (natural chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup Fat Free Milk
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Fruit (white peach, yellow peach,

Instructions:

  1. Into the bottom of a 16oz. blender cup place the yogurt, top with the protein powder. Next place the fruit in and cover with the milk, blend until smooth. This is the perfect portable, nutritious and delicious breakfast.
