Ingredients: 1/4 cup apple juice,1-2 apples, cored,1/2 teaspoon cinnamon,2/3 cup chopped dried dates,1 1/2 cups quick cooking rolled oats,1/2 teaspoon salt,1/2 cup chopped walnuts,1/4 cup whole wheat flour
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180C degrees.Coat a 8×8″ baking dish with cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Let stand for 15 minutes, so the oats and flour can absorb the apple juices.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Cut into squares while still warm.
